COAS OPEN MARATHON & RUN FOR FUN-2079

On the occasion of Mahashivaratri and 260th Raising Day of Nepali Army, COAS Open Marathon & Run for Fun-2079 with the theme "Unity, Team Spirit and Strength" was organized on February 11, 2023 at NA HQs, Bhardakali. Chief of the Army Staff General Prabhu Ram Sharma was the chief guest of the ceremony.
The President of Nepal Olympic Committee, the President of Nepal Athletics Association, former COASs, the Secretary of Defence, serving and retired Generals, officials of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, officials of Nepali Army Wives Association, military attachés and diplomats, media personnel and sports enthusiasts, students and NCC Cadets were present at the event. Winners in various categories were awarded amid a special program.
