1. Her Excellency, Felicity Jane Volk, Ambassador of Australia to Nepal, handed over medical supplies to Lieutenant General Prabhu Ram Sharma, Chief of General Staff, at the Tribhuvan International Airport today. An aircraft belonging to the Australian Air Force brought in the medical supplies.  

2. These supplies are intended to support Nepali Army’s ongoing efforts in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. 

3. During the occasion, Lt Gen Sharma, on behalf of the Nepali Army expressed his gratitude to Her Excellency the Ambassador for the support extended by the government of Australia.
